& from that moment their love story began to grow...

Brent invited Blake to go to a movie at Harkins Camelview (little did he know anyone that knows Blake, knows she can hardly sit still let alone watch a whole movie!), but of course Blake decided to go because she thought it was a cool, artsy theatre and wanted to meet him! After their first date at the movie theater, Brent texted Blake before she got home & invited her to go bowling with him! They went bowling a few nights later and had an amazing time bowling & then went to Whole Foods for smoothies and talked for hours and hours!! They both quickly realized their connection & bond was so strong ~ from their love for family to their favorite local food spots to how much they both enjoy movement to their obsessions with tea to what they believe and align with, everything just felt so right!

From there the rest was

truly history...

Brent & Blake both felt like they had known each other for years and had a soul mate feeling!

They began to travel together ~ their first trip was to Sedona and soon after made a trip back there to participate in what was known as the Sedona Marathon event (now known as RunSedona, in which they still participate in every year making it a family tradition!)

On November 26, 2015, Brent & Blake became parents and welcome their first daughter, Harper into the world! Their lives changed for the best ~ becoming parents shaped their relationship in so many beautiful ways!

Shortly after Harper was born, Brent decided to go back to school because he wanted to show Harper that she can do anything she puts her mind to and to inspire her to always strive to be the best version of herself! While working two jobs, Brent graduated from Grand Canyon University! He truly proved to Harper that she could do anything she puts her mind to!

In December 2021, Santa brought Harper a puppy ~ she named him Ralphie! Ralphie has been a very sweet addition to their family! A family favorite are night walks with Ralphie ~ a time to slow down & connect! Brent is grateful to have Ralphie to balance in a home full of girls!

On November 10, 2022, Brent & Blake welcomed their second daughter, Holland! Their lives continued to change for the best ~ Watching Harper become an older sister has been so beautiful to watch! Their two girls are full of love and connection, a true sisterhood bond they are proud parents of!

As their family grew, Harper & Holland remain the center of their world.

Through lots of travels, races (5k/10k's & Half Marathons), hikes, eating at their favorite restaurants, they have enjoyed all their hobbies that have now turned into family traditions...

The reason you are here...

On May 10, 2025, Brent asked Blake to marry him at one of Blake's most favorite destinations in the world, Rancho de Los Caballeros, a place she grew up going to with her family & now a place they take their girls! It was only fitting he popped the question over Mother's Day weekend as he knows how much pride Blake takes in being a mother to their two girls!

As Brent & Blake continue their journey through life, their connection & love continues to grow deeper! They would not be the same without all of the beautiful milestones and experiences they have been through together over the past 11 years... Cheers to million more!
